Client Coordination
Understand client requirements, references, feedback and expectations, and turn them into something the team can execute.
Content operations for agencies
Scattered work, turned into one operation.
The operating layer behind your agency
Opsency runs the backend of your content delivery. Client requirements, editor coordination, quality control, revisions, asset management and publishing. Your agency keeps the client. We keep the work moving.
Client-based pricing. No unnecessary agency retainers.

The problem
Most content agencies grow the client list faster than the backend. The founder ends up as the project manager, the QC desk and the file clerk at the same time.
Where Opsency sits
Drag the gold handle to compareLeft: every question, file and revision runs through the founder. Right: work flows between client and editors through Opsency, and the founder stays out of the threads.
What Opsency handles
You close the client. We take responsibility for everything that has to happen behind them for content to ship on time and on brief.
Understand client requirements, references, feedback and expectations, and turn them into something the team can execute.
Brief editors, answer their questions, manage revisions and keep production moving without pulling you in.
Maintain the tracker: video names, content types, dates, statuses, script links, assets and everything production needs to reference.
Organize client folders, raw assets, scripts, project files and final deliverables so anyone can find anything.
Review finished content against the client's requirements and flag anything that needs correcting before it goes out.
Schedule and publish approved content in line with the content plan.
The operational communication layer between everyone involved in the account.
How the system works
Each piece of content moves through the same eight stages. Opsency owns the handoffs between them, so nothing waits on the founder to push it forward.
Why Opsency
The point isn't a list of tasks done. It's that the backend stops depending on you.
Editor questions and status checks stop landing in your inbox.
A single accountable point for the backend of each account.
The tracker stays current, so you can see where everything stands.
Folders, scripts and deliverables in one structure that everyone follows.
Feedback is logged, assigned and followed through to completion.
Every piece is checked against the brief before a client sees it.
Clients, editors and you stop working across scattered threads.
Your attention goes back to clients, sales and growth.

A good fit if you already have editors and clients, and the thing slowing you down is everything that happens between them.

You add them as an active account. We gather their requirements and style preferences, set up their Drive structure and tracker, brief the editors and bring them into the pipeline.
Accounts that go well beyond 50 videos a month, or that are unusually complex, are scoped and priced separately. We'll discuss it on the call.
